About me

Originally trained as a translator and with many years of experience as an organisational and communication consultant, language and communication have been a common thread throughout my professional life. As an employee and manager on the agency side, in a large listed global corporation, in the public sector, at a foundation, as a lecturer for internal communication at ZHAW, and since 2017 as an independent organisational and communications consultant, I have gained insight into organisations from both the inside and the outside. This experience is of great value to my work every day.

My main interest lies in people and how they interact within organisations. This inevitably includes leadership, communication, and the conscious and careful use of language. But not only that.

That is why, in addition to organisational and communication consulting, I also offer team development, supervision, coaching, and tailored training programmes. This broad range of services enables me to initiate and communicatively support sustainable processes of learning and renewal with my clients, helping their organisations become more resilient, successful, and efficient.

Working together with people in organisations to initiate such changes and accompany transformation processes continues to inspire and fascinate me every day.

My way of working

I understand my role as a consultant as that of a facilitator: I design processes and create spaces that enable participation and in which people, through dialogue, reflection, and collaboration, develop viable responses to complex issues and make well-founded decisions.

I work from a systemic counselling approach. I focus on resources and solutions as well as on interdependencies and relationships within the respective system. The aim is to initiate and support sustainable learning and development processes.

In my work, I am guided by the following values: honesty, respect, commitment, care, and empathy. I attach great importance to quality, transparency, and a trusting, appreciative and collaborative relationship on equal terms. I approach new situations with an open mind and a non-judgmental attitude, aware that my perspective is one among many.

When needed, I collaborate with partners from my network. Regular supervision and participation in peer intervision groups are a matter of course for me.

As an interdisciplinary person, I am well networked and in regular contact with various specialists. Depending on the project or mandate, I call in proven partners and specialists for co-moderation, graphic design, programming, SEO, video production, photography or translation as needed.
